1. Service

GlobeCapture provides trip planning tools, AI-generated itineraries, and curated recommendations for hotels, restaurants, places to visit and car rentals. The platform is offered "as-is" and recommendations should be independently verified before booking.

2. Plans & payments

• One-time trip ($4/day): grants planner access for one specific trip, billed once based on trip length. Access expires one day after the trip's end date.
• Globetrotter membership ($14.99/mo): grants up to 15 trips per month while the subscription is active. Cancel anytime from your account.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

3. Refunds

One-time trip purchases are non-refundable once the planner has been opened. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape content at scale, or use the AI features to generate harmful, illegal or misleading content.

5. Privacy

We store the data you provide (account, trips, itinerary items) to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal data. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.

6. Liability

GlobeCapture is not liable for travel disruptions, third-party booking issues, or inaccuracies in AI-generated suggestions. Always confirm critical details (visas, availability, prices) directly with providers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
